Constadinos Tsitsis
Dino Tsitsis joined Silverman Consulting in 1999, bringing a wide range of turnaround and M&A experience. Since then, he has helped numerous clients improve profitability and liquidity through interim-management roles, operational changes, pricing strategies, expense reduction, and other initiatives. He has also advised and negotiated the sale of both healthy and distressed companies in industries such as automotive OEM’s and suppliers, automotive tooling, food processors, office equipment, graphic arts, plastic extrusion, and aerospace
Mr. Tsitsis has most recently taken on numerous Interim-CEO or CRO roles and helped companies of all sizes establish enviable cultures that nurtured and contributed to their return to or expansion of profitability. This includes a $250 million food processor, a $150 million Tier 2 automotive supplier, a $30 million CPG distributor, a $700 million promotional products distributor, and a $120 million manufacturer of bus and truck seats. He leads and is actively involved in all aspects of management and coaching, turnaround engagements, establishing and improving operational processes and procedures, assessing cash flow, negotiating with creditors, improving profitability, and developing long-term strategy.
In addition to turnaround work, Mr. Tsitsis supports clients through M&A efforts, including preparing Confidential Offering Memoranda, conducting buyer research, assisting with due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements. He has served as Interim CEO and CFO for numerous clients, healthy and distressed. When necessary, he also guides clients through insolvency situations, including Chapter 11, Chapter 7, ABCs, and UCC (Article 9) sales and proceedings.
Outside of work, Dino enjoys time with his family, teaches Sunday School, studies Krav Maga with his three children, and is a former aerobatics flight instructor.
