What it’s like to work here
The work is fast-paced and the expectations are high. Our teams are lean, which means you’ll have visibility and responsibility early.
You won’t be handed perfectly defined problems. You’ll be expected to think, ask questions, and figure things out. In return, you’ll gain experience that most people don’t get until much later in their careers.
You’ll work across industries, alongside senior professionals, on situations that require both analytical rigor and sound judgment.
Who thrives at Silverman
The people who do well here tend to have a few things in common:
They’re comfortable with ambiguity and can move forward without perfect information
They take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
They are strong problem solvers who think critically and ask good questions
They care about doing the work well, not just getting it done
They operate with low ego and high accountability
This is not an environment where you can coast or hide in a large team. If you’re looking for structure, predictability, or a slower pace, this likely isn’t the right fit.
What you’ll work on
Our work is grounded in real business challenges.
Turnarounds and performance improvement initiatives
Financial modeling and cash flow analysis
Operational strategy and execution
Working directly with management teams and stakeholders
Evaluating opportunities and helping companies navigate change
You’ll see how decisions get made and what it takes to execute them.
Growth & Development
You will learn quickly here. Not because of formal programs, but because of the work itself.
Early exposure to senior-level decision making
Real responsibility from the start
Continuous learning through hands-on experience
Mentorship through collaboration, not hierarchy
We invest in tools and resources that help our team better understand themselves and how they work, because better teams do better work.
Culture & Community
We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
Our team shows up for each other and for the communities we’re part of. Whether it’s through initiatives like ServeAthon, volunteering, or supporting individual passions outside of work, we believe that what happens outside the office matters too.
You’ll find a group of people who are driven, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoy working together.
“Our team blends boardroom judgment with shop-floor grit. That mix is why our work holds up under real pressure.”
