Giustyna Noren joined Silverman Consulting in 2020 after three years in public accounting with EY’s Advisory practice, where she focused on developing risk-driven strategies to enhance business processes and financial reporting for clients in the financial services sector.

Since joining Silverman, Giustyna has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, logistics, and retail. She partners with management teams to build strategic plans and analytical frameworks addressing short- and long-term liquidity, financial forecasting, and overall business viability. Her work experience includes liquidity enhancement, profitability improvement at the product, customer, and location level, turnaround management, treasury optimization, financial modeling, and inventory rationalization.

Giustyna is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors.
