Andrew joined Silverman Consulting in 2023 after working at Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance group for almost three years. Andrew worked with large public and private companies in the fintech and manufacturing spaces.

Since joining Silverman, Andrew has worked side-by-side with middle-market management teams to achieve strategic and financial objectives across the following end markets: office & home furniture, outdoor sports, lawn & garden, recreational vehicles (RV OEMs), agricultural commodities, toys & games, powersports and automotives, nutritional supplements, hand tools, and family entertainment and gaming.

His thorough yet adaptive approach has contributed to client outcomes when planning for near-term liquidity needs, assessing profitability relative to capital structure, restructuring the balance sheet through debt refinancings or a capital infusion, and conveying distressed assets through bankruptcy or an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC).

Mr. Binder is a registered CPA in Illinois and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, with a specialization in Accounting and a minor in Business Analytics. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing soccer and basketball, watching Buckeye football, reading non-fiction, and visiting his friends and family in the Kansas City area, where he grew up.
